What does it all mean? Even if we live our purpose, are we truly satisfied at the end of the day?

Lately, I’ve been placing great importance on the idea of slow and intentional living. I believe that if we take much-needed time to stop and truly reflect on our experiences (past, present, and what we’d like to live in the future), we begin to achieve an evolved sense of self and clarity.

It is in times of quiet, especially when these intimate moments are spent with nature, that we loudly hear the answers our souls have been begging us to ask for quite some time. 

Spiritual transformation does not begin in the external. It begins with the internal; shedding light on that which makes us fearful, that which makes us feel alive, that which connects us with our very being. After all, we are all unified consciousness living different experiences – the only time we lose sight of this is when we lose sight of ourselves. 

I encourage you to spend some time this month – safely, mindfully – with nature. Go where it is calm, where it is quiet, where you can hear your soul the loudest. You may find yourself surprised at the incredible messages you receive.
